Hello there fellow Warheaders!
I wanted to take a minute to make sure that everyone was aware of a recent update to the server software, enabling the tracking, recording and ranking of Sniper games!
Yes, you read that right. For a while now, some people might have noticed that your Warheads Desktop was showing a listing for your multiplayer rank and your PvP rank, and another mysterious one that seemed to be stuck at Lvl 1.. Sniper. Well, we've tested and released a new version of the server software to registered server operators and now the system will be tallying that Sniper rank too!
Please note, that this is ONLY visible via the "Desktop", and for any of you who don't know where this is, go to http://www.warheads.net/warheads/desktop/ and use the same login that you do for the main site. From there you can see all of your ranks, the details of your last game, and live status of the servers along with the Top Ten scores in multiplayer.
On the Profile page you can edit your registered name, vew all 3 of your rankings and get the details of your last game (players, scores, type of game). On the Status page you will find a live, auto updating server list, showing you not only what servers are online, and how many people are in them, but who is in them! Also provided there is the Top 10 list from multiplayer games. On the Team page, which albeit is under construction, you will be able to see your team ranks, team name, and of course, team game information, just as you would on your individual Profile page.
